SAUG 2007 - Sky Mobility Solutions in Focus

Sky Technologies attended the SAUG Summit held in Darling Harbor, Sydney on 6-8 August as a supporting sponsor.  In conjunction with Rheem Australia we presented at a coveted Special Interest Group Session for field mobility and in a separate forum convened a panel of satisfied clients to showcase how Sky mobility solutions have been used in a variety of industries to extend SAP to the field.

Our busy booth was manned throughout the three day event by Paul Dear, Asia Pacific Sales and Partner Manager and Dominick Ruggiero, Account Executive.  Judging by the discussions they held and feedback received after the event, mobilising SAP has certainly become the talk of the SAP community.  It has transformed from a 'leading edge technology' to an essential business tool, as companies continue to strive to streamline and automate their business processes in order to succeed in a highly competitive market place.

At the event Sky Technologies launched our Quick Start - SAP on Blackberry programme (click here for a brochure).  This programme is utilised by our customers across the globe to get a true understanding of their companies individual mobility needs and provide them with the opportunity to trial Sky's solution in their own SAP environment.  In conjunction with this launch Sky held a competition to win a Blackberry Smartphone - the winner was Martin Janson from Incitec Pivot. Congratulations!
