CSR was also able to check transportation capacity at point-of-sale to ensure that delivery could be met and remotely process payment by EFT, cash or check with direct integration with SAP.

Officeworks is Australia's largest retailer of office products and solutions, with over 120 stores nationwide. Using SkyMobile to better manage inventory, they reduced the time and complexity of tasks, could perform label comparisons to ensure product and shelf label compatibility and ran batch price checks by scanning 10 products in a single pass. This shortened existing manual steps in the business and automated some existing processes.

Orica Chemnet is a division of Orica Limited, a global publicly owned Australian chemical company which employs some 13,000 staff across approximately 50 countries. Working with Sky Technologies, they were able to have real-time information on delivery status sent back to dispatch and information automatically sent to SAP for the processing of completed loads. This led to the elimination of late data entry, the need to recheck data, near elimination of keying errors, and near real-time visibility of the end-to-end process, from the time the truck is loaded to customer receiving delivery.
